I have been making a valiant effort to eat “clean,”. But as a busy mom, sometimes I just don’t have the energy to make the time to be healthy.
I have run across a few pins about preparing salads in advance and keeping them in a jar. By all accounts, if you prepare them right, the salads will last about a week.
