I am a stay-at-home, home-schooling mom of 3 kids, who are 9, 7, and 5.  I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Ryan, since 1996.

I was born and raised in Arizona, growing up in a small town in northern Arizona near Sedona.  I earned a BA in English and a MA in Rhetoric and Composition at Northern Arizona University, where I started teaching college level composition in 1999.

I was teaching composition full time for Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, when Megan was born.  Deciding that we wanted to raise our children in a smaller town, Ryan and I moved back home to Camp Verde, where he built a successful residential contracting business and I stayed home with our growing family.

In 2008, when the economy began to collapse, particularly in our local area, I began my journey with network marketing.  I was blessed to have been introduced to an amazing company that aligns with my core values of Faith, Family, and Financial Freedom.  In the past three years, with the help of some amazing mentors and team members, I have built a successful organization that has made the bad economy bearable and given our family hope that complete financial freedom is possible.

In fact, I loved the concept of network marketing so much that, in 2009, I joined with two of my favorite people, Judy O’Higgins and Kristi Lee, to publish a series of books written especially for women.  In April, I published License to Play:  You Can Be the Mom of Your Dreams, a Little Book that encourages moms to consider building a business from home as a way to stay home with their children.

Fueled by our passion to help women get free, in 2010, Judy O’Higgins, Kristi Lee, and I published License to Dream:  Every Woman’s Guide to Financial Freedom Through Network Marketing, which explains step by step how to build a successful network marketing business.  You can learn more about the vision behind License to Dream at www.licensetodream.com.  In 2011, we decided to team up to form the Network Marketing Dream Team with the mission to help women around the world get free!

I am so blessed to have the opportunity to help other moms find the courage and the determination to pursue their dreams and not give up on their hearts’ desire to be home with their children.
