Lady Miranda Hawthorne has been writing heart-felt letters to the Duke of Marshington for years. However, he’s never received a single one. Miranda’s oldest friend may be her secret confidante, but he has no idea. Until he joins her household undercover as a butler and “accidentally” sends one of her letters to himself.

Miranda is understandable mortified. He. in the other hand, is enthralled. Though their relationship begins with many misunderstandings and even lies (as Marshington must keep his identity a secret), the two eventually figure out where their relationship stands.

Though some of the drama is a bit overdone, overall the book is a fun read with great characters and lots of humor.
