80 Day Obsession Round 2

While my first round of 80 Day Obsession completely wore me out, it was the first program with which I actually achieved measurable results. I lost over 10 pounds, and the results are noticeable.

Since then, I have found myself struggling to figure out what to do. I made it through about six weeks of an Ease into 5K program, and then I jumped into 21 Day Fix, which I’ve been doing for the last six weeks or so. Even though I’ve stayed active and have been pretty much sticking to a healthy diet, I am struggling to maintain the weight loss from 80 Day. Plus, I still have another 10 pounds to go.

So, I’ve decided to jump back into another round of 80 Day Obsession tomorrow. Despite it not being the best time (the beginning of the semester!), I know that this program will give me results–and I won’t get bored! I signed up for a Mom’s Tri in May, so I also need to be training for that…but I figure that the 80 Day Obsession workouts will increase my strength and endurance. Even if I need to use a paddle board for the swim and walk the 5K, I’ll be able to finish. 🙂

I created my own calendar this time so that I could incorporate my meal plan instead of drawing it in like I did last time. This version has the daily workout plus the containers for Nutrition Plan B.
